Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
However, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the customer has "opened" or accessed the product and has agreed to the terms of the contract. Once this action has been taken, the customer loses the right to withdraw from the contract."
